SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our Standard Delivery times are 2-4 working days in major cities and 3-7 working days in other towns within South Africa. Although we strive to deliver on time as promised, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping of orders will only take place on receipt of proof of payment. If proof of payment is not received, we will wait until funds are visible in their account before shipment is made.
If your order is not deliver after 10 working days. Please contact us and we will be able to assist you.
NOTE* We currently do not ship outside the orders of South Africa
FAULTY GOODS
All of our products are produced to the highest quality standards, but manufacturing faults can still occur occasionally. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If you think your item has a manufacturing fault or damaged, we’ll ask you to return it to us for inspection and replacement. Damage through long term or excessive use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- We refund normal priced merchandise within the first 7 days from receiving your order.
- You will have to bear the costs of return postage.
- The product must be in a saleable condition and the original price tag must be attached
- Items being returned or exchanged should be in ‘as new’ condition, unwashed and unworn and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons underwear and masks may not be refunded or exchanged
- No refund(s) or exchange(s) will be done on sale merchandise

When submitting the order, you will be able to make payment via credit or debit card. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro International and Visa Electron. We utilise the services of PAYFAST as our agent for processing credit card payments. Your Order will not be processed until we have received cleared payment in full for the Order.
You warrant that you are the duly authorised user of any credit card, the details of which you use to submit payment for any Order and that the account or card used has sufficient funds to pay the order cost. You indemnify us against any claims whatsoever regarding the fraudulent use of a credit card or bank account details for the purchase of Products via the Website.
